Welcome to Upon Review. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Upon Review website and any articles, analysis, graphics, features, or other materials published by Upon Review.

1. Independent publication

Upon Review is an independent sports analysis publication. Upon Review is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball, FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, any league, team, player, broadcaster, sportsbook, data provider, or rights holder.

All trademarks, team names, league names, player names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. References to those names are used only for identification, commentary, criticism, reporting, and analysis.

2. Editorial content

Upon Review publishes commentary, analysis, opinion, and factual discussion about sports. The content is provided for informational and editorial purposes only.

Upon Review content is not betting advice, gambling advice, fantasy sports advice, financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, or professional advice of any kind.

You are responsible for your own decisions and should not rely on Upon Review as the sole basis for any decision involving money, gambling, health, safety, legal rights, or professional obligations.

3. Accuracy and corrections

We try to publish accurate and carefully reasoned analysis, but mistakes can happen. Sports data, lineups, stats, reports, and game context may change or be corrected after publication.
